This Site serves as a personal portfolio showcasing my work as a full-stack developer. Any engagement for development services will be governed by a separate agreement between you and me.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, design, code, and graphics, is owned by Bautista García unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. I am not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this Site.

Service Terms

I offer web development, design, deployment, and maintenance services. The scope, deliverables, and timeline for any project engagement are governed by a separate agreement between you and me. These Terms apply to the use of the Site and any recurring services described below.

Payments

Project fees are one-time payments agreed upon before work begins. Maintenance fees are recurring monthly charges processed through dLocalGo. Billing for maintenance continues until the subscription is cancelled. All fees are stated in the currency agreed upon in your project agreement.

Cancellations & Refunds

Maintenance subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will apply. Project fees are non-refundable once work has begun. If you believe a refund is warranted, you can contact me and each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Changes to These Terms

I reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
